I am filing this complaint because the XXXX credit reporting agencies ( TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax ) are reporting XXXX accounts as charge-off without providing legally required verification, accuracy, or documentation under federal consumer protection laws. The disputed accounts are : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I am disputing these accounts because : The furnishers have not provided evidence that the information reported is accurate and complete, as required by 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( a ). I have not received proof that the negative information was properly disclosed to me in advance, as required by 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( a ) ( 7 ). No evidence has been provided showing that billing statements were mailed to me at least 21 days before the due date, as required by TILA 15 U.S.C. 1666b ( a ). No legal or accounting documentation has been provided to justify the use of the charge-off classification under federal standards. Under FCRA 15 U.S.C. 1681i, if information can not be verified, it must be deleted, yet the credit bureaus continue reporting these accounts without completing a proper reinvestigation. I am requesting the CFPBs intervention to ensure that the credit bureaus comply with federal law and delete any information they can not properly verify according to the FCRA and TILA.
