I am filing this complaint because multiple companies are reporting inaccurate, unverifiable, and incomplete information on my consumer credit file. Despite my disputes and requests for validation, these furnishers and credit bureaus have failed to provide documentation required under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). The negative accounts appearing on my credit file include : XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX collection agency ) These accounts are being reported inaccurately and without proper validation as required under FCRA 602, 611, and 623. Several accounts show incorrect balances, past-due amounts, dates of first delinquency, and derogatory statuses that do not match my records. Some inquiries are unauthorized. I submitted disputes directly to the credit bureaus and furnisher creditors, including a notarized Affidavit of No Dispute, requesting : Verification of all negative items Original contracts Complete ledgers Proof of ownership Accurate balance and reporting history To date, none of the furnishers have provided complete, legally required validation.
