On XX/XX/year>, I visited XXXX XXXX XXXX based on my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX pre-approval for a {$0.00} down-payment structure. The dealership submitted a deal structure to XXXX XXXX that did NOT match the approved terms. They then falsely stated to me that XXXX XXXX required a down payment. I requested the written lender stipulation, and the dealership was unable to provide it, because XXXX XXXX did NOT issue any down-payment requirement. The dealership added fees, changed the price structure, removed a rebate, and inflated the price to intentionally force a down payment.
