Rather than validate the debt, that agency simply turned the collection to another agency. On XX/XX/year> XXXX sent me a collection letter. On XXXX XX/XX/year> XXXX followed up with an email and voicemail seeking to collect on the alleged debt. I still have never received any validation on this debt, which I dispute in its entirety. Therefore, XXXX is violating 15 U.S.C. 1692g and 1692f by continuing collection activity without first providing validation after I disputed the debt. Please order XXXX to cease all collection and stop pursuing this debt.
