HI, I AM COMING TO YOU WITH THIS COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS COLLECTION COMPANY WHICH KEEPS HARASSING ME I am filing a formal complaint against Source Receivables Management for violating my consumer rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). This company is reporting a collection account on my credit report that is not mine. I have never received any documentation validating this debt, despite multiple written requests. Under 15 U.S.C. 1692g, a debt collector must provide verification of the debt upon request. Source Receivables has failed to do so. Additionally, this account continues to appear on my credit report as an active collection, which is inaccurate and unverifiable information, violating 15 U.S.C. 1681i ( a ) ( 1 ). I have disputed this account with all three credit bureaus, yet it remains, causing harm to my creditworthiness.Failure to Validate Debt : No original creditor documentation, contract, or proof of liability provided. I AM ACCUSING THEM FOR THE FOLLWOING REASONS : False Reporting : Reporting inaccurate and unverifiable information to credit bureaus.
