Beginning in XX/XX/year>, XXXX began charging my credit card monthly, starting with {$1.00} charges on XX/XX/year> and XX/XX/year>, then increasing to {$41.00} monthly from XXXX through XX/XX/year>. I never authorized or signed up for any XXXX plan during this time. I also never received any confirmation emails, invoices, or billing notifications from XXXX corresponding to these charges. When I noticed the unauthorized transactions, I filed disputes with my card issuer, Capital One, for each charge. Initially, Capital One credited back the two {$1.00} charges from XXXX and XX/XX/year>, confirming those were valid disputes. However, for the later {$41.00} charges, Capital One denied my disputes, citing no cancellation received per policy, even though I had no active account, no record of any subscription, and no communication from XXXX confirming these payments. I logged into both of my known XXXX accounts and verified there were no billing records or payment history for any of these charges. I also searched my email thoroughly ( all inboxes and spam folders ) and found no messages from XXXX confirming any subscription, account creation, or payment activity. I attempted to provide this documentation to Capital One : screenshots showing no billing records or emails, and evidence that XXXX never confirmed any subscription.
