I am submitting this complaint because I accidentally enrolled in MoneyLions XXXX XXXX XXXX program, acct # XXXX, and MoneyLion has refused to close the account properly or reverse the unwanted credit products. I only intended to explore the app, and somehow, a XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX account were created without my clear understanding or consent. I never intended to take out a loan or receive funds. I only used {$75.00}, and that amount has already been fully repaid. However, MoneyLion created a XXXX XXXX Loan showing a balance of over {$1000.00}, marked my account past due, and locked {$920.00} in a XXXX XXXX account that I do not want, did not use, and did not authorize. I contacted support multiple times, but they have not helped. They keep giving unclear answers and refuse to close the loan, remove the past-due status, or release the reserve funds. They also have not provided a clear explanation of how the loan was opened or why I am being shown a past due balance for a product I never requested. This is extremely misleading and harmful to consumers. I am worried this will negatively impact my credit, and I want this resolved immediately.
