I am requesting that the CFPB investigate NCB Management 's actions, as they have engaged in conduct that I believe violates my rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) and other federal consumer protection laws. NCB Management has continued to contact me in a manner I consider harassing, misleading, or otherwise unlawful.
