Thieves, homeless, filthy, bugs, etc. They reimburse people {$45.00} from move in fees to write a good review for them without even seeing your unit. We constantly received random charges on our account with out explanation when we would ask for elaboration it was ignored. We moved out XX/XX/year>. Company sent out move out letter with charges dated XXXX XXXX almost XXXX months after move out, under Texas XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, a landlord must return a tenants security deposit or provide an itemized list of deductions within XXXX days after the tenant surrenders possession of the property. Charges have now been sent to collections and have decreased credit tremendously.
