I am disputing inaccurate and misleading credit reporting related to my mortgage with United Wholesale Mortgage and several other accounts. United Wholesale Mortgage instructed me not to make payments from XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX while they restructured a repayment plan, yet they still reported repeated late payments and serious delinquencies for that same period as if I simply chose not to pay. I believe this is inaccurate and misleading under the FCRA and XXXX XXXX guidelines because I was following their instructions during an active workout process.
