I am disputing inaccurate and misleading credit reporting related to my mortgage with United Wholesale Mortgage and several other accounts. United Wholesale Mortgage instructed me not to make payments from XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX while they restructured a repayment plan, yet they still reported repeated late payments and serious delinquencies for that same period as if I simply chose not to pay. I believe this is inaccurate and misleading under the FCRA and XXXX XXXX guidelines because I was following their instructions during an active workout process. In addition, other furnishers ( including XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, and XXXX ) appear to be reporting duplicate or inconsistent chargeoffs and dates, and my credit reports show addresses I do not recognize even though my only correct current address is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXXXXXX. My reports also list multiple hard inquiries ( such as XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX XXXX on XXXX ) that I do not recall authorizing and do not recognize.
