I send money to a recipient on the platform sendwave, on the application said money was delivered to recipient bank account. Per the recipient no money is showing. They lie on when the money was going to be a available also wrong information was given when reaching out to their customer service department. I was told the transaction was going to be cancelled and the money was going to be refunded. When I noticed the money was delivered instead of being cancelled i called again spoke with a supervisor, and told me they cant cancel a transaction. After that thats when the recipient mentioned no money is showing on her account i feel i was scammed.
