I returned my leased XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Security on XX/XX/year>, which was ten days before my lease end date of XX/XX/year>. The dealership removed my plates at the time of return, and I surrendered them to the XXXX XXXX the same day. I have documentation of the plate surrender dated XX/XX/XXXX. However, the dealership incorrectly reported my grounding date as XX/XX/year>, more than a month after I turned in the vehicle. As a result, Nissan Motor Acceptance Company billed me for an additional month that I do not owe. This is an inaccurate and deceptive business practice and has caused financial harm. I am requesting that NMAC correct the grounding date to XX/XX/year>, remove the improper charge, and provide written confirmation. Alternately I am requesting that XXXX XXXX XXXX take responsibility and they pay the bill
