Sunbit tel. XXXX. And, XXXX. My account has been blocked XXXX times since opening a credit card with sunbit XXXX weeks ago. They have propounded from me photographs via e-mail of my driver 's license, social security card, selfie, utility bill. I communicated XXXX weeks ago that I was not comfortable doing that electronically on their platform. I stressed to a manager that they communicate with me via traditional letter and mail ( XXXX. ). That manager stated that it didn't really matter, and he wasn't going to change it. I telephoned today and an employee clarified that my decision to communicate in the mail was in fact not entered on their system. I changed my telephone number this week, and notified Sunbit. They do not allow me access on the app or online banking to my account, now. And they are e-mailing me to provide more photographs of myself and my driver 's license, that I already provided a few weeks ago. An employee XXXX hung up on me when I telephoned today, not even letting me ask what she was saying, basically, " I spoke to you earlier today, ( customer name. ) Have a nice rest of your day. '' I was at work as a teacher all day -- I did not speak with them. It sounds like this financial institution has a lot of fraud issues that other banks do not have. I was a bank teller for XXXX years. The manner Sunbit locks accounts and tries to get me to share my personal identification cards via e-mail is not an industry standard. I was able to change my phone number with XXXX XXXX, XXXX / XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX, my employer, this week without any issue whatsoever. I anticipate the worst with this account now because I am not able to monitor my transactions, and the group of employees soliciting me exhibit a nonchalance and disregard for the harm they are doing.
