On XX/XX/XXXX I discovered a {$360.00} person-to-person transfer that I did not authorize. I do not know the person who received the money. Before this incident, on XX/XX/XXXX, my phone and wallet were stolen, which contained access to my financial apps. Since I no longer had possession of my device, someone was able to access my XXXX XXXX account, transfer money into my Chime account, and then send the funds to another person without my permission. This is the second fraudulent incident involving unauthorized transfers from my accounts after the theft of my phone and wallet. I reported the unauthorized {$360.00} transfer to Chime on XX/XX/XXXX, and I filed a police report regarding the theft and the fraud. I provided Chime with the police report and supporting documentation, but my claim was denied. I am requesting that this unauthorized transaction be reconsidered for reimbursement. I had no involvement in sending the funds, did not know the recipient, and did not have possession of my device at the time the transactions were made.
