I have spent months attempting to get my student loan information updated, as I have had to do for the past few years, but I believe I've finally uncovered the source of the problem. The University I've been attending, XXXX XXXX XXXX has not been submitting the enrollment data for terms I've subsequently had to withdraw from, which has led to my loan servicer having incomplete/inaccurate information and causing my status to be incorrect. Currently, since I had to go through this process again during the XXXX XXXX term, I should be showing that I'm in my 6 month grace period ( Withdrew from half-time status at XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/year> ), however ; since the University is unwilling to properly report that I was enrolled half-time as of that date - the Loan Servicers and even the Student Clearinghouse do not have the accurate data and I'm showing as delinquent. I'm asking for someone to please correct this with the University, as despite my numerous attempts and documentation provided ( to the Registrar - XXXX XXXX ), the University is unwilling to report the information properly.
