To Whom It May Concern : I have been having an issue with my student loan account ever since loan payments restarted. I have never made a late payment and I made payments on my loan throughout the COVID pause. When payments restarted, I not only made the monthly payment required but I have also been making an additional {$500.00} payment per month. I also payed off one of the loans in it's entirety, which is now XXXX of my loans that are paid off. The platform is under the servicer EdFinancial. My account number is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. The last XXXX of my XXXX are XXXX. The Account summary in XXXX stated that I had not made my payment even though I paid extra. I called Customer Service and it was fixed. It happened again on XXXX and since then, they have not been able to fix it. The account currently thinks I am over 45 days delinquent even though I am still paying $ XXXX mo XXXX payment is {$830.00} ). I have spoken with Customer Service several times and there are notes on the account but nothing is happening and I don't want this affecting my credit score which is over XXXX. They have been very nice and have escalated the IT issue but I am getting phone calls and emails that I am delinquent when I am not. They told me it won't get reported for 90 days but we are over half way there and I don't want to have to deal with challenging an incorrect report to my credit. The account history shows the payment are being made and processed and the total reflects the payments made but they told me there is ' a delinquency stuck on my account '. I just want this resolved. I am at the point of taking out a private loan to pay this off but am concerned that the account will still show that I owe money that I don't owe. I don't know what else to do at this point so I want it documented somewhere other than Dept of Ed that I am not delinquent.
