Consumer Narrative

ADDENDUM/ ADDITIONAL INFORMATION CFPB COMPLAINTS : XXXX, XXXX, XXXX This is an official addendum providing newly obtained evidence supporting my original complaints regarding identity theft, FCRA 605B violations, and Experians refusal to properly block and remove fraudulent accounts. New Evidence Submitted : I have now attached updated credit reports from Equifax and TransUnion, both of which have already removed two ( 2 ) of the four ( 4 ) fraudulent accounts listed in my FTC Identity Theft Report. These two bureaus have complied with FCRA 605B and honored the block request within the required timeframe. Case Number 8 25-cv-24 - Experian In Litigation With CFPB Showing Equifax Is Still Violating The FCRA. This directly proves : The accounts are fraudulent, and Experian has current, valid notice of that fraud. Experian, Equifax, and Transunion is in violation of FCRA 605B, which requires blocking ALL fraudulent accounts within 4 business days after receiving an Identity Theft Report. Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion is causing ongoing harm to my family, livelihood, and housing opportunities by refusing to remove the same accounts that Equifax and TransUnion have already deleted. Experian continues to report XX/XX/XXXXXXXX and XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, despite clear proof of identity theft and despite the FTC Identity Theft Report covering all four accounts. Requested Resolution : Transunion must immediately block and delete the remaining fraudulent accountsXX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXXin compliance with FCRA 605B and issue written confirmation. This addendum is submitted to update my case with additional evidentiary support and demonstrate Experians, Equifax, and Transunion continued non-compliance and harmful reporting practices.
