This is a Chime checking account. I lost my check card around,2,3, month of XXXX. The temporary address I lived at there was no id card. I moved XXXX. XXXX I received new picture ID card. I never updated my address with chime. Last night I I spoke with customer service on a bill pay and she asked me about my address. I called out my current address. She said that wasnt the address she had. I called out the temporary address and she said that was the address she had as I stated above I never had ID for the temporary address she transferred me over to fraud, and I talked fraud agent by the name of XXXX. I call out my new address he confirmed my address. I asked who submitted my new picture id card it was not I. He said nothing. I ended the call.
