Asked for my account to be corrected. XXXX taxes were paid and returned by tax collector stating the taxes were paid. Mortgage did not investigate even though they are required to pay my taxes by law since this is an fha loan. Escrow overage was refunded to me in XX/XX/XXXX as an overage check without explanation. Spring XXXX I was sued by law offices for unpaid XXXX taxes. Submitted letters to mortgage for explanation and nothing was investigated still. Instead they paid the XXXX from my nonexistent escrow in XX/XX/XXXX which in turn made my escrow negative. My mortgage went from {$1600.00} to {$2400.00}. I am being penalized for their negligence. I am financially struggling. I was refunded for the difference I have been putting into escrow this past year, I want my escrow corrected out of the negative, and my portage to go back to what it should be. I want reimbursed for damages. XXXX loancare continues to ignore the issue stating my taxes are settled, that is not my complaint
