On XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX I was incarcerated. I was released on XX/XX/XXXX. Since then I have tried to gain access to a cash app account that I have not been successful with. I have XXXX in my checking account XXXX in the savings. I have called constantly I have called and called only to be told to open a new account and the funds well be transfered, at my social security number it closes leaving me unable to access the account, XXXX person told me to go to a super Cafe and ask a hacker to help me get in to my old email. I was told to send a picture of my id the front back and XXXX of me holding my which I have done XXXX times. I had an apartment I lost it leaving me homeless and unable to pay bills. I lost my car. Things that could have been prevented if I had access to my money today is XX/XX/XXXX leaving me with XXXX months of complaints. The money on my cash app account is child support that has been adding up since my incarceration. I have minimal clothes im still homeless I literally work to pay for a hotel room. Cash app has made no attempt to give me my money. The old telephone number associated with the account in question i no longer have access to ( XXXX ) the cash tag is $ XXXX the email associated is XXXX however I can't log into this either. My id that I just received and submitted to cash app has the address XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX tx XXXX its the same address used on the cash app account. And still I've had no progress to seeing any of my money
