Pursuant to 18 USC 8, I have identified the following accounts that have breached these legal provisions : Under 15 U.S.C. 1681b ( 2 ), a consumer reporting agency may only provide a consumers credit report with the consumers explicit written authorization. Right to Privacy Section 602 ( A ) of the FCRA The FCR A, under Section 602 ( A ), clearly states that the consumer has a right to privacy with respect to the disclosure of their personal information. Any release or reporting of infor mation without legal cause or consumer consent violates this right and must be addressed accordingly. 4. Inaccurate or Unverified Information 15 USC 1681s-2 ( a ) ( 1 ) Furthermore, under 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ), no person shall furnish information to a consumer reporting agency if that person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate.
