I have been trying to access my credit report and credit score through Experian for a long time, and I am unable to view any of my information. I contacted Experian numerous times, with my most recent attempt on Thursday, XX/XX/XXXX, but the issue remains unresolved. Every time I try to access my report through the Experian app or website, I receive the following message : Sorry, we can't show you today 's report. This might mean that your lenders have different personal info for you than we do. Until this issue is resolved, you won't be able to see your report. The Experian representative I spoke with could not explain what this message means or what personal information is supposedly different. She told me to call all my lenders, but she could not tell me what I was expected to say or what information needed to be checked. This advice makes no sense because I do not know which lender is involved or what information Experian believes is incorrect. As a result, I can not monitor my credit, access my credit score, or verify the accuracy of my report. This situation is extremely frustrating and stressful because Experian has not provided any clear guidance, solution, or explanation. I feel helpless, as I have done everything I can on my side, and the problem continues. I simply want access to my own credit information and for Experian to fix whatever issue is preventing my report from being displayed.
