XX/XX/2024, I became ill from work injury, I notified the loan company Santander, they pushed XXXX. I was still out, I reported that XXXX still out of work with no source of income, offered a letter from both my employer and attorney, loan company declined. They threatened to take my car. I made some payments after borrowing money from my father. I then at XXXX point unable to make payments due to no source of income, workers comp was denied. I asked for the hardship program, was denied. I had issues logging into my account several times, which they were aware of. I told them when I enter my social security, it says no account found. They gave me a temporary password each time, but still was unable to access my account. They told me that I changed my password while on the phone with them, which I didn't. I asked them to escalate this to the XXXX Department, they said they would, but never did. I asked again for them to email, mail me an itemized bill of the payments I made, I received responses of " Ok, we will '', or " We can't ''. I told them, im not going to pay for something that until I have access to my personal account because of past Identity Theft problems. They contacted me several times a day for months. They threatened me by saying we have ways to track where your car is, no matter what, your car will be repossessed. I received letters for XXXX XXXX forgiveness, which im not in the military or never requested information. I asked them to find out who set this up, they never did. Ive asked again for a loan forgiveness or a payment arrangement, because XXXX still out of work and only receive Unemployment, any hardship programs, were denied.
