On XX/XX/year>, at XXXX XXXX, {$190.00} was taken from my Chime account without my authorization. I reported it immediately on XX/XX/year>, at XXXX XXXX. During the process, a Chime supervisor informed me ( on a recorded call on XX/XX/year>, at XXXX XXXX ) that my original dispute was entered incorrectly as authorized by a Chime representative. Because of that filing error, my first claim was denied. Following their instructions, I submitted a handwritten appeal letter, but my case was denied again even after this mistake was acknowledged. Chimes dispute decision only reflects a refund of {$170.00}, but the original charge was {$190.00}, leaving an unresolved difference of {$18.00} that has never been credited back to me. There were also other fraudulent attempts tied to the same activity that were overlooked in Chimes investigation including a {$250.00} attempt on XX/XX/XXXX that was temporarily removed and added back, and a {$220.00} XXXX attempt on XX/XX/XXXX that declined due to insufficient funds. These clearly show a pattern of fraud. I have attached all relevant documentation, including denial letters, screenshots, and my correspondence to the Disputes Team ( sent on XX/XX/year> ), which has still not received any response as of today. I am asking that the CFPB review this case and require Chime to reopen my dispute, return the full {$190.00}, and correct the handling error.
