Consumer Narrative

THE REPORTING AGENCY HAS FAILED TO PROVIDE THE REQUIRED METHOD OF VERIFICATION AND HAS REFUSED TO DISCLOSE THE SPECIFIC SOURCES OR DOCUMENTATION USED TO VERIFY THE DISPUTED INFORMATION, IN DIRECT VIOLATION OF 15 U.S.C. 1681I ( A ) ( 6 ) ( B ) ( III ). THIS FAILURE DENIES ME MY STATUTORY RIGHT TO UNDERSTAND HOW AND FROM WHOM THE DATA WAS VERIFIED. INSTEAD OF PROVIDING ANY SUBSTANTIVE PROOF OR AUTHENTIC RECORDS, THE AGENCY MERELY RE-STATED THE SAME INFORMATION THAT WAS ALREADY IN DISPUTE AN ACTION THAT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A VALID OR LAWFUL REINVESTIGATION. THIS BEHAVIOR SHOWS A CLEAR PATTERN OF PROCEDURAL MISCONDUCT AND NONCOMPLIANCE WITH FEDERAL INVESTIGATION STANDARDS. THE AGENCYS ACTIONS INDICATE EITHER A TOTAL ABSENCE OF PROOF OR AN INTENTIONAL REFUSAL TO DISCLOSE SUCH PROOF, BOTH OF WHICH VIOLATE THE FCRAS REQUIREMENTS FOR TRANSPARENCY, ACCOUNTABILITY, AND DUE PROCESS. FURTHERMORE, THE AGENCY IGNORED MY CONSUMER STATEMENT AND FAILED TO INCLUDE IT IN THE FILE OR REPORTS PROVIDED TO THIRD PARTIES, AS REQUIRED BY 15 U.S.C. 1681I ( B ). THIS DENIES ME THE RIGHT TO HAVE MY DISPUTE FAIRLY REPRESENTED AND FURTHER DEMONSTRATES DISREGARD FOR CONSUMER PROTECTION OBLIGATIONS. THE FAILURE TO PROVIDE THE METHOD OF VERIFICATION, TO DISCLOSE ORIGINAL SOURCE DATA, AND TO INCLUDE MY CONSUMER STATEMENT IS A SYSTEMIC BREACH OF DUTY THAT UNDERMINES THE CREDIBILITY AND INTEGRITY OF THE ENTIRE REPORTING PROCESS.
