I having a problem with getting a balance on my XXXX XXXX used vehicle. I purchased this vehicle in XX/XX/XXXX for a {$13000.00} at toy- us in chalmett which the company was doing illegal business the same like Finbe which change the name to credito real USA . I didn't missed any payment at all. I paid a cashier check to Finbe back in XX/XX/XXXX for {$6000.00} that was never applied to account. I have receiving email, text, and phone calls with harassment, don't call, and threat to repossessed the vehicle by these same individuals this is the 6 times they call when not to listed names XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX was very rude he stated i need to pay my bill and I need to bring payment in {$300.00}, also he sent the repossession guy to house which I don't live
