NOTICE OF INTENT, DISPUTE and REQUEST COMPLAINT This letter is a formal complaint that you are reporting inaccurate, excessive and incomplete credit information on my credit report. Please remove all of the unnecessary information from my credit report : all listed addresses with the exception of the abovementioned : LISTED IN THE LETTER MAILED TO CEO '' XXXX and the XXXX credit agencies. Please remove all listed contact numbers, addresses, social security number and names from my report as this listed information is excessive, inaccurate, incomplete, serves no purpose and violates my right to privacy as an individual as evidenced by the below acts, codes, statutes, and policies of the United States Corporation. American Privacy Rights Act of XX/XX/XXXX Social Security Number Fraud Prevention Act of XX/XX/XXXX from 15 U.S. CXX/XX/XXXXe XXXX - Requirements relating to information contained in consumer reports I understand that mistakes happen, but your inaccurate, inaccurate and excessive information has hurt in the past and present, and could hurt me in future and cost me a job, dream house, car or force me to pay higher interest rates and frankly I have enough distress as it is. According to 15 USC XXXX XXXX they are supposed to do this ( XXXX ) Treatment of inaccurate or unverifiable information ( A ) In general lf, after any reinvestigation under paragraph ( XXXX ) of any information disputed by a consumer, an item of the information is found to be inaccurate or incomplete or can not be verified, the consumer reporting agency shall (XX/XX/XXXX) promptly delete that item of information from the file of the consumer, or modify that item of information, as appropriate, based on the results of the reinvestigation; and (XX/XX/XXXX) promptly notify the furnisher of that information that the information has been modified or deleted from the file of the consumer. and according to 15 USC XXXX they are supposed to not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. 15 U.S.C. XXXX ( A ) ( XXXX ) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. 15 U.S.C. XXXX, also known as the XXXX 's " privacy rule, '' is a statute that requires financial institutions to provide customers with a notice of their privacy policies and a " reasonable opportunity to opt out '' before disclosing their nonpublic personal information to nonaffiliated third parties. The opt-out notice must explain how a consumer can exercise their right to opt out of these disclosures.
