This notice is to inform you that the debt you are attempting to collect has antedated the time allowed by 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( 4 ) of The Fair Credit Reporting Act, in addition, this is an Time Barred debt which you have failed to communicate in your correspondence which is also a direct violation of 1006.26 ( 1 ) ( 2 ) of The Code of Federal Regulations and 392.307 ( e ) of The Texas Finance code. You are also in violation of 1006.18 ( b ) ( 2 ) ( 1 ) of The Code of Federal Regulation for False or Misleading Representations of a debt since LVNV Funding allegedly paid less than value for the account.
