On XX/XX/year> I was alerted by the CC company Avant, that it looked like fraudulent activity happening, I responded saying I am not currently nor was I recently at all using my card, told them to lock the card and they blocked XXXX other attempts on the card but let one slip through for {$320.00} which was not me or anyone I know or let use the card, they continue to not remove the charge and wont respond back to me when I keep inquire about it. A payment on that is coming up and I refuse to make a payment on fraud as the CC was empty when this occurred.
