XX/XX/XXXX Under U.S.C. Sec 15 1681,1682,1683,1684, ( a, b ) 10298g, within FCRA rights and requirements the attached items must be removed immediately. These items are a grave violation to my consumer credit report under FCRA U.S.C Sec 15 1681 which explains if an item can not be verified 30 days from receipt ( late payment, 1099c form from collection agency, printed copies of a persons signature and if this can not be validated under FCRA within 30 days from receipt the items must be removed. A counter lawsuit will be issued if deemed any credit bureau is in VIOLATION of my FCRA USC Sec 15 laws at any point.
