I was XXXX XXXX by an XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/year> and my vehicle was totaled. The insurance for the driver of the XXXX XXXX paid my vehicle off. The vehicle loan was through XXXX XXXX XXXX located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I filed a dispute with Experian on XX/XX/year> and the results was ready in only XXXX. How can you properly investigate my dispute in only XXXX. This item on my report showing no payment in the last 45 days is hurting my credit report and I want it updated effective immediately. I can provide the insurance adjuster phone number and he can tell you that the said vehicle has been paid off. What Experian problem is I don't know but they did not properly investigate my dispute I mean it took only 3 days for them to come back with the results. I am not asking for anything but to get my credit report up to date and accurate period. I don't know why XXXX XXXX XXXX refuses to report this vehicle paid off. I need assistance with this matter because no one is even trying to correct my credit report and I've had it with Experian. They do absolutely nothing to help the consumer and they expect you to purchase a subscription.Experian need to be investigated for the lack luster job they do handling disputes I don't have to lie about the vehicle being totaled and paid off
