EVEN AFTER NOTICE OF DISPUTE, THE AGENCY CONTINUES TO REPORT THE SAME ERRONEOUS INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES AND AFFILIATES, KNOWING THAT IT LACKS DOCUMENTED PROOF OR VERIFIABLE SOURCE RECORDS. THIS CONSTITUTES A PATTERN OF WILLFUL NONCOMPLIANCE AND UNLAWFUL PROFITEERING FROM DEFECTIVE DATA.
