As of XX/XX/XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Experians portal indicates that the XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX accounts were marked verified and will remain, even though no documentation, signed agreements, or payment histories were provided to substantiate those alleged late payments. This appears to violate FCRA 607 ( b ) and 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ), which require Experian to ensure maximum possible accuracy and to delete unverifiable data within the investigation period. Additionally, Experian continues to : Report mixed or inaccurate personal information on my file ; and Retain multiple unauthorized or excessive hard inquiries, despite prior disputes. The details of those inquiries and identifier issues are outlined below. 1. Unauthorized or Excessive Hard Inquiries The following hard inquiries appear on my Experian credit file but were not authorized by me, nor tied to any completed credit applications.
