The listed credit reporting agencies are reporting accounts and collections that do not belong to me and were added without my consent. These items resulted from the unauthorized use or distribution of my personal information and qualify under the legal definition of identity theft. I have submitted an official FTC Identity Theft Report detailing the affected items. I am requesting the immediate block and deletion of all unauthorized or unverifiable accounts, inquiries, and collections under federal law. The CRA has no permissible purpose or verifiable source to continue reporting these items. If they can not verify each disputed item with documented evidence, they are legally required to remove them within 4 business days under 15 USC 1681c2. I am attaching : FTC Identity Theft Report My government-issued ID Social Security card Proof of address A list of disputed accounts/inquiries Please investigate and remove the accounts and all associated negative information immediately.
