I am submitting this complaint because there are multiple inaccurate items reporting on my consumer credit files, including unauthorized inquiries and unverified accounts. I have contacted the credit bureaus directly in writing and disputed these items. I clearly stated that several inquiries were not authorized by me, and requested verification of the permissible purpose under 15 USC 1681b. The credit bureaus did not provide proof, verification, or documentation showing that I granted permission for these companies to access my credit report. There are also accounts reporting that can not be verified and no signed contract or original documentation has been produced to validate them. I requested that the bureaus reinvestigate these items pursuant to 15 USC 1681i. They either failed to reinvestigate properly, or continued to report these items without providing supporting documentation or proof of verification. This has caused harm to my credit profile and financial standing. I am requesting CFPB intervention so that the bureaus and/or furnishers are required to : Provide verification and documentation proving the accounts and inquiries are valid OR Permanently delete all unverifiable and unauthorized items I have provided written disputes to the bureaus, and affidavits and they failed to correct or verify the information. I want all inaccurate / unverified accounts and unauthorized inquiries removed permanently
