Consumer Narrative

I am submitting this complaints because i discovered several negative items that are inaccurate, unverifiable, or reported in error. I am exercising my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) to request the immediate deletion of these accounts and information from my credit file. To begin with, my report includes an incorrect address listed as XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have never lived at this address, and its presence on my report raises concerns about identity and data accuracy. Under FCRA 609 ( a ) ( 1 ), I have the right to know the sources of all information reported about me. Since this address can not be verified as mine, it must be removed immediately from my file. My credit report also shows two accounts marked as Late Closed, which are being reported in error : XXXX XXXX ( Account ending XXXX ) Balance : {$0.00} XXXX ( Account ending XXXX ) Balance : {$0.00} Both of these accounts were properly closed and have a zero balance. There is no valid reason for them to continue being reported as derogatory or negative. Because these items can not be verified as accurate, FCRA 611 ( a ) requires their prompt deletion from my credit report. In addition, a collection account from XXXX XXXX XXXX referencing XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX with a balance of {$4800.00} appears on my report. I have no record or proof of any such rental debt, and I have never received validation from this company. Under FCRA 623 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ), furnishers of information must ensure the accuracy and integrity of what they report. If they can not provide documentation verifying the debt, Experian is legally obligated to delete the entry. Another inaccurate item involves XXXX XXXX XXXX ( Account ending XXXX ), reported as a repossession with a balance of {$4400.00}. This is incorrect the vehicle was voluntarily surrendered and settled, not repossessed. Misreporting the nature of this account violates FCRA 607 ( b ), which requires credit bureaus to ensure maximum possible accuracy in the data they publish. Since this entry misrepresents the account, it must be removed immediately. Lastly, I am disputing the unauthorized inquiry from XXXX dated XX/XX/year>. I did not apply for credit with this company and did not consent to any credit check. Under FCRA 604 ( a ), a consumers report may not be accessed without a permissible purpose. Therefore, this inquiry is unauthorized and must be deleted from my credit file.
