My XXXX account is frozen I contacted the company and they said I need to verify my identity. I sent over documents of my ID and my account has not been unfrozen in over a month. I have funds in there that they let me deposit while it was frozen which I did not know it was but wont let me transfer it out nor use my Venmo debit card
