Requested CFPB Action I respectfully request that the CFPB investigate and compel Radius Global Solutions, LLC to : Cease all collection and reporting activity until full validation and lawful documentation are produced ; Provide verified copies of the original contract, itemized statements, and assignment chain establishing ownership and authority ; Disclose all insurance, surety, or securitization instruments connected to this account, including any asset-backed or indemnified receivables ; Instruct all credit bureaus ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) to delete the tradeline immediately pending resolution ; and Certify in writing that all personal identifiers have been removed from internal and third-party databases.
