Acct number ending in XXXX I am requesting for the creditor to delete the Credit Tradeline off of the credit reports due to multiple FCRA violations they have reported. The account is paid in full! According to the FCRA a creditor can REMOVE an ( accurate negative tradeline ) from your credit report before the seven-year mark!!! The Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) requires that creditors report ONLY accurate information, AND not that they must keep it on your record for the entire seven years.
