I had a car loan with ally financial. In 2019 they repossed my car and refused to tell me where my car was overnight the tow company stole stuff out my car.food candy, dishwasher liquid.all because they gave them time to steal from me. I saw the garage where they were storing stolen items from people 's cars. Im not the only people that were at this tow company arguing, because they went through our cars and stole items.then I called the police and why did he show up with a bag of candy like I had in my car and the officer came out the office without the bag. Then all these lawsuits came against them. Im not sure how they affected me. And now I'm selling my house and there's a XXXX XXXX on my home. I never went to court. I never knew anything about this. I'd like to know how these lawsuits affected me and what if any balance I owed after they sold my car. I'd like to see some legit paperwork.
