I have repeatedly disputed multiple inaccurate or unverified items on my Experian report ( listed in Schedule A and attached pages ), including a collection for XXXX XXXX reported by XXXX XXXX XXXX that is not mine. I asked the XXXX for validation and requested the Method of Verification from Experian multiple times. Experian did not provide adequate MOV and continued to report without a reasonable reinvestigation, violating 15 U.S.C. 1681i ( a ) ( 1 ), 1681i ( a ) ( 6 ) ( B ) ( iii ), and 1681i ( a ) ( 5 ) ( B ). For collections, furnishers did not validate yet continue furnishing. I request the Bureaus assistance to require Experian to provide MOV or delete, and require the furnishers to either validate or delete and cease furnishing. Requested resolution : Provide full MOV for each item or delete immediately. Direct furnishers/collectors to validate or delete and update all bureaus.
