XXXX refunded me for an order, and they transferred my refund to my PayPal account on XX/XX/XXXX. I had to submit my account number and routing number in order to get my account credits I had in XXXX to be sent to my original payment method, but when I call PayPal to let them know XXXX refunded me, I'm being told that they don't see a refund from XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. PayPal told me it only takes 1-5 business days for a transfer, and it has already passed that 1-5 day deadline, and still I have not gotten my refund. Somebody is not being honest. Both companies are giving me the runaround. I want my money back. Every time I ask XXXX for a payment transaction ID, they tell me they don't have that. I feel it's a possibility the transfer may be stuck, or maybe there is some sort of bank glitch, or, as previously stated, somebody is not being honest. I made sure I entered the right banking and routing number information to XXXX to assure I get my money back. I need PayPal to investigate my issue and get my money back. I would like a supervisor to look into my issue. The refund amount was {$66.00}. I spoke to seniors/supervisors at XXXX, but they aren't doing anything to investigate my issue. All they tell me is my refund was sent to my bank. I would like to add that every time I get on the phone with PayPal, it seems like they are recording my conversation ; there's always an echo on my phone. Once I get into a deep conversation with the banker on the phone, the echo goes away. They are being weird.
