I pulled my Experian report and found multiple XXXX XXXXXXXX accounts with balances ranging from about {$42.00} to {$630.00} listed as charged off or past due. I contacted XXXX and, on XXXX, a Customer Advocacy Supervisor responded in writing that my phone number had been mistakenly associated with another customers account and confirmed there is no account, loan, or financial information under my name, Social Security number, or email address. Despite this written confirmation, XXXX continues to furnish these accounts to the credit bureaus, and Experian has merely updated the tradelines rather than deleting them. I have disputed the entries and asked Experian for the method of verification and deletion of the tradelines ; however, no validation documents were provided, and the accounts remain. These tradelines are inaccurate and unverifiable. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and related state laws, inaccurate information must be deleted, yet XXXX and Experian have not removed them. I am requesting their immediate deletion. Ive been in dispute since XX/XX/year> to present date
