Complaint : Inaccurate Credit Reporting and FCRA Violations I am filing a complaint against the nationwide consumer reporting agencies ( TransUnion, Experian, Equifax ) for failing to maintain reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of my credit information, as required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). The Problem : My credit reports from all three bureaus are riddled with material inaccuracies and inconsistencies on multiple accounts, including XXXX ( auto loan ), XXXX XXXX XXXX and several collections ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ). Key details like account balances, payment status, and dates differ from XXXX bureau to the next, proving the data has not been properly verified. Examples of Inconsistencies : XXXX XXXXXXXX auto loan is reported as a " Charge-off '' with two bureaus and a " Repossession '' with another. The amount owed differs by over {$2500.00}. The XXXX XXXX account shows three different " High Balance '' amounts : {$270.00}, {$0.00}, and {$200.00}. Collection accounts are reported as " Open '' with one bureau and " Closed '' with others.
