Dispute closed before evidence reviewed request for CFPB intervention I booked a vacation apartment through XXXX XXXX XXXX ( processed via XXXX ) using my Ally debit card for {$3100.00}. Despite this, Ally closed the case almost immediately, without reviewing the documents or considering that I could not receive the mailed denial letter while abroad. When I called for clarification, I was told the decision was final and that no further review would take place. This was not an unauthorized charge but a paid service not as described, and the dispute appears to have been misclassified and prematurely closed.
