I received debt collection letter from Works & Lentz Inc. dated XX/XX/year>, stating I owed money to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and to respond by XX/XX/year>. I sent them a debt validation letter dated XXXX it was mailed with certified XXXX mail on XXXX and delivered to the Works & Lentz office on XXXX. In the letter I stated they had thirty days to send me debt validation documentation. I still had not received any documentation by XXXX so I responded with a seconded communication letter dated XXXX, mailed out certified USPS on XXXX and delivered on XXXX. On XXXX at XXXX an employee from Works & Lentz called trying to collect the debt and also stated that they mailed out the validation documentation to my address listed in the validation letters. The employee stated the documentation was mailed out on XXXX. As of this complaint being typed at XXXX on XXXX I have not received any validation documentation. I have another communication typed that will be mailed out tomorrow ( XXXX ) via certified USPS stating that it has been ( 49 ) days with no validation documentation received.
