XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX OH XXXX On XX/XX/XXXX I placed {$33000.00} down payment on a vehicle. The salesman said this XXXX only that week and after its over he couldnt guarantee me that he would able to get me financed. XXXX on XXXX still and at the time. I told the salesman my vision is poor XXXX legally XXXX in my left eye. As well been wearing Bifocals at the age of XXXX. So he read the contract to me also told him I was Homeless but he said use my Family Address.The salesman reassured me that the paperwork I was agreed to was what I asked for in a car payment. Less than {$300.00} The XXXX XXXX XXXX liberty price with XXXX miles sales price {$12000.00} they said {$3300.00} down payment Looking at the paperwork Theres something about arbitration and a bunch of fees that I do not know what they are. My interest rate was XXXX %. Theres a lot of fees that I dont know what they are. I also had my jeep in there garage weeks at a time even being towed from the Shelter I only had the vehicle a short time before the head gasket blew .. that after being in the shop at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I told them something was leaking out my XXXX they looked at it and told me it was condensation. I believe them I never owned a jeep before so I figured they ran differently than cars very shortly after that its when the head gasket blew. And the engine was damaged. I tried calling them they told me the XXXX wasnt under warranty any longer .. the price was over {$2000.00} & I definitely didnt have the means to pay being on a fixed income. They called me XXXX times a day sometime asking about the payment that I was behind and because I couldnt even afford to get it fixed and I told them to come get it i was voluntarily turning it I letting them know that the XXXX XXXX XXXX. And I couldnt afford it anymore to pay for a card that was sitting in my driveway. I voluntarily gave it to them. they didnt come get i towed it back to XXXX. I havent been able to get a vehicle financed. Ive been so traumatized by the experience. XXXX afraid if I purchased another vehicle it would blow up or I get tricked into paying a higher price like triple XXXX XXXX got me financed with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX of them harassed me prayed on me and took advantage of my situation and had me in stuck in vicious cycle of debt. While profiting from their business conduct practices and their lack of empathy for what they do to lower tax bracket of people as well as my XXXX and being on XXXX of Ohio social security benefits.. XXXX
