Im filing this complaint because I still havent received a resolution regarding a {$4300.00} payment that was processed through PayPal using my XXXX XXXX credit card. The payment never reached the intended vendor, yet the charge remains on my credit card. I have contacted both PayPal and XXXX XXXX multiple times. XXXX XXXX has stated that PayPal is responsible for the transaction since the payment was routed through PayPal, while PayPal claims its an issue with XXXX XXXX. This back-and-forth has left me without my funds and with no accountability from either company. The fact remains that I paid {$4300.00} for a transaction that failed and neither the merchant nor I ever received those funds. Im requesting that PayPal take responsibility for locating or refunding this money. As the payment processor, PayPal should be able to verify where the funds were sent or whether they were ever delivered to the merchant. Ive been caught in the middle long enough, and I need this issue resolved immediately. Please review the transaction history and refund the {$4300.00} to my XXXX XXXX account.
