I reached out to Ally Bank on different occasions for them to correct the inaccurate information on my credit report and after a recorded conversion that i have and they both have they failed to update the account from past due as well as the new agreed upon balance of {$7100.00} which after payments now should be around {$6300.00} which violates my rights as a consumer according to the FCRA and well as several Usc laws that require companies keep the most accurate reports.
