I am a victim of identity theft. My information was stolen. I did not consent to authorize or benefit from any of the following accounts. All are being investigated by the FTC and CFPB. According to FCRA 605B this information must be blocked until the investigation is complete. Since 4 business days from the receipt of this communication allowed under federal law to block these orders, failure to do so within 4 business days after receiving this letter constitutes a reason to promptly delete the information from my credit file in refer to FCRA ( USC ) 1681.
